I’ve always woken up wondering how I can make today better than yesterday — for myself, for my family, and for the people around me.

Health is the foundation of everything. When your body feels good, you can build, give, and show up fully for the people who matter. That curiosity about how we feel — what supports our joints, our energy, our longevity — has driven most of what I’ve built.

AletaCollagen started from a simple frustration: I couldn’t find a collagen supplement I actually trusted. Not just for quality, but for kashrus. The observant Jewish community deserves the same access to premium health products as everyone else — with the certification standards we actually require. So I built it myself: OU Kosher certified, third-party tested, sourced from the best bovine collagen manufacturers in the world.

That same drive — to find where something is broken and fix it — is what led me to build AI software for commercial real estate and skilled nursing facilities. In CRE, I’m helping teams make smarter decisions with better data. In SNF, I’m building tools that reduce the paperwork burden on nurses and aides so they can spend more time actually caring for patients. Technology should make human work more human, not less.

I don’t have all the answers. But I believe the most important thing any of us can do is stay curious, stay humble, and keep asking: how can we make this better?

Building AI for a Better World

AI for Commercial Real Estate (CRE)

Commercial real estate runs on data — but most of the analysis, underwriting, and decision-making is still done manually. Yaakov is developing AI software that helps CRE professionals surface insights faster, reduce errors in financial modeling, and make smarter investment decisions. The goal: give real estate teams the analytical leverage that was previously available only to the largest institutions.

AI for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)

Skilled nursing facilities care for some of the most vulnerable members of society. Staff burnout and documentation overload make a difficult job even harder. Yaakov is building AI tools that help SNF operators streamline care coordination and reduce administrative burden on nurses and aides — so caregivers can spend more time with patients and less time on paperwork.
