HANDLING
All orders, will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. During peak periods, this can increase to within 4 business days. Aletacollagen is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.Â
We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES. Orders placed to ship to PO BOXES may be cancelled or incur additional fees.
Aletacollagen cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for delays, damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. Aletacollagen will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.Â
Aletacollagen will not refund shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.
If a parcel was not received by UPS (i.e. the parcel did not begin to move) the customer is not responsible for the parcel.
Aletacollagen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Aleta may offer a discounted replacement package at our discretion.
