Actually a tasteless collagen supplement, undetectable in my morning coffee. Packets make it really easy to take on the go!!

I previously gave a one star review because of the lack of customer service I received when attempting to notify the company about a problem with my shipment. However, when they saw my review they realized something was awry in the customer service dept so they apologized and sent out another order of the product, plus a bonus gift. So they now deserve a 5 star review!
