I previously gave a one star review because of the lack of customer service I received when attempting to notify the company about a problem with my shipment. However, when they saw my review they realized something was awry in the customer service dept so they apologized and sent out another order of the product, plus a bonus gift. So they now deserve a 5 star review!

I was looking for a Kosher Parve bovine collagen at an affordable price and this one is AMAZING! I love that it blends so easily into my coffee and tastes good. The packaging is also very easy to open on Shabbat. Their customer service also is superb having easy communication and incredible response time. I have been using Aleta Collagen for about a month and notice improvement in my hair and nails. The powder dissolves really well in my coffee and the individual packets are great for on the go and travel.
